Only AGAPE make permanent relationships possible.
Why? Because it is the only Divine love that forgives all, it has no limit.
Philio - Brotherly Love has a limit, Eros - Fleshly Love has a limit and Sterego - Friendship Love has a limit, but Agape - Divine Love does not.

When you download the wrong information into the Conscious (the mind), it is easy to delete it. But when it is downloaded into the subconscious (the heart), it becomes difficult to delete it.
